When should we involve you on ESG?
The earlier the better. We add most value when we can align ESG targets with site strategy,
design and procurement,
but we can also review live projects and programmes to identify realistic improvements.
Do you only work to one ESG framework?
No. We work with client policies and a range of frameworks. We focus on the underlying outcomes
such as carbon, energy, water, social value and governance rather than chasing labels for their
own sake.
Can you help define our net zero or carbon plan?
Yes. We help define baselines, set project and portfolio level targets and identify practical
interventions
across fabric, MEP and operation that can move you towards net zero in a phased way.
How do you handle social value on projects?
We work with clients and contractors to set meaningful commitments on local jobs,
apprenticeships,
training and community benefit then weave them into procurement, phasing and site practices.
What about modern slavery and labour standards?
We help set clear supply chain expectations, support pre qualification and onboarding checks and
align site audits and reporting so labour and modern slavery risks are actively managed not
assumed away.
How do you capture and report ESG data?
We structure data from digital QA, metering and social value tracking into simple templates and
dashboards
that can feed client systems, board packs or external disclosures without duplicating effort.
Can you support building safety and ESG together?
Yes. We often combine building safety, HTM or HBN requirements with ESG expectations so there is
a single
golden thread of decisions and evidence rather than separate sets of paperwork.
Do you replace our in house ESG or sustainability team?
No. We work alongside in house teams, translating corporate goals into project level
requirements and
helping delivery teams implement them. Where there is no dedicated ESG resource we can act as a
bridge
between leadership and projects.
Can you support after handover as well?
Yes. We can review actual performance, run post occupancy and seasonal checks and feed lessons
learned
into your next wave of projects or estate strategy.
